How to Register for 

PROPERTY RECORDING ALERT SERVICE

1) Click the link.  https://pras.humboldtcountynv.gov:444

2) Click REGISTER in the upper right-hand corner.  The Home page provides additional helpful information, including a link to PRAS FAQ (frequently asked questions).

3) Complete the registration process by filling out the online form.  The email address provided in the registration process is where all notifications will be sent and used for future logins.

4) IMPORTANT!  After completing the registration form you will be required to verify your email address.  Do this by simply checking your email inbox and click the VERIFY button to proceed.  

5) Once your email address has been verified, you must then enter the name(s) you wish to monitor.  Up to ten (10) names can be monitored under a single email address.  IMPORTANT! Alerts cannot be sent until information is entered to be monitored!

THIS FREE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY TO OUR RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS.  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT USING THIS SERVICE WILL PREVENT FRAUD OR INFORM YOU OF ALL DOCUMENTS RECORDED THAT MAY PERTAIN TO YOUR PROPERTY.   NOTIFICATION SERVICES APPLY ONLY TO DOCUMENTS RECORDED AFTER REGISTRATION.
