Public Administrator and Guardian

The Public Administrator's Office is located in the District Attorney's office in the Hartock Building.

Responsibilities

The Public Administrator handles estates of persons who have died and do not have a will. Also, they may not have any relatives willing to handle the matters of their estate.

The Public Administrator also handles guardianships under certain circumstances.
